If you have been following me for a while, you know that I love working out. It is so therapeutic & it doesn’t hurt to build a great body while doing it haha!
For me it is so important but I know that many people are not “workout junkies” or simply they don’t like working out but yet they still want a good body and feel healthy. Hopefully these 5 tips gives you the motivation you’ve been looking for and helps you start your fitness journey!
IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE BORING
I can’t just do cardio the whole time I am at the gym or do consecutive repetitions of 2 workouts because guess what? that is BORING! find what you like! If you enjoy dancing, get in a Zumba class. If you love doing boxing, get yourself some boxing gloves and start punching the boxing bag at the gym or get enrolled in a class!
Do what you like. Personally I love running because it clears my mind so when I go to the gym I have to do 30 minutes in the treadmill just sprinting. I feel so happy afterwards haha!
HOME WORKOUTS OR GYM?
Guys, I didn’t have a gym membership until I started dating Rudy (he loves the gym) I was happy workout out in the comfort of my own home. You can find TONS of home workouts on youtube. I love POP SUGAR FITNESS because they have all types of workouts and they keep you constantly motivated to keep going and not give up!
Right now I am doing the 12 week program by body boss. I really wanted a structure for me to follow and the best part is that they give me the exact workouts to do at home or the gym. I like the flexibility.

FIND YOUR WHY
Why are you working out? Is it because you really want to feel good and not bloated or heavy? Is it because you want to be healthier? Is it because you want to lose weight or gain weight? FIND YOUR WHY!
The reason why I workout out is because I am more confident when I have a toned body. It also helps me to be disciplined because think about it, you are making time out of your day to workout and that girl is being disciplined.
If there is one thing I dislike is hearing people give excuses as to why they don’t want to workout or “can’t”. Please keep this in mind. Excuses are for losers. Just how you made time to watch that video or be on your phone, you can make time to workout.
Don’t say “I will start tomorrow” START TODAY!! 10 minute workout never hurt nobody. If you want to start fresh on Monday, why not start warming up today so when Monday comes you are ready.
GET SOMEONE TO KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE
Get your mom, dad, brother, sister, boyfriend, friend or an alarm to remind you it is time to workout! Don’t give up after the first week! If you stay consistent you will see a huge difference in your body, mind and spirit girl.
You better KILL IT!
GET SOME CUTE GYM GEAR
Nothing will motivate you more then looking cute while you sweat your bootie off! Get some cute gym leggings and tops and you will be excited to go to the gym.
