Mondays.
Some people hate them, Some people love them.
Me personally. I LOVE Mondays because it’s a brand new start to do what you love to do. Currently i don’t have a job and i don’t go to school so my main priority is my blog and my youtube channel so i take each week as a new start. Actually guys on the weekends the only difference is that i get to wake up like.. 1-2 hours later but in reality i still work on my IG and i still am brainstorming on content and honestly i catch myself time to time feeling a little frustrated but i always remember WHY i am doing what i am doing.
I feel like at times i see myself feeling down because i tent to rush things and that is when i stop myself and i changed my morning routine to overall have a better life, a better start to my week so here we go!
MY MORNING ROUTINE

Wake up at 8:00 AM

Take 5 minutes to thank God for a new day

Take 5 minutes to do my 5 minute journal of positivity

AFFIRMATIONS

Meditate for 10 minutes

8:30 Get up from bed and check my day TO-DO list

Go to the restroom

8:45 Make breakfast
-
20 minute read/audio book or listen to podcast
-
Workout/yoga
-
TAKE ON THE DAY
